PDHPE lessons for teenage students

These sessions will cover the relationships and sexuality components of the school curriculum. That is, to assist the students in increasing their understanding of bodies and physical development, steps in forming positive relationships and knowledge regarding sexuality, safety and consent.


Professional Development is available to assist Teachers to increase their knowledge of strategies and resources available for delivering relationships and sexuality education to students with disability.

Relationships and Sexuality Workshops for adults

Friendships and Relationships

This workshop aims to support participants in increasing their knowledge and awareness of positive ways to develop meaningful relationships. Topics include conversation skills, making friends, safe dating, making informed choices, rejection and relationships.

Private Stuff

These workshops can be tailored to meet the specific needs and interest of the group. They can include the following topics:

  • Body parts and puberty
  • Public and private places
  • Masturbation
  • Relationships
  • Protective behaviours
  • Sexuality
  • Consent and Australian Laws
  • Contraception and pregnancy
  • STI’s and safe sex
